Why Inspect your home

A careful inspection is very important! It could save you a great amount of money in the end. We provide a pre-inspection agreement outlining what you can expect from our services and a full report upon completion. This report will provide details on at least 20 different areas of the property.

HOME BUYER'S INSPECTION

Nothing could be worse than suddenly finding out that there are major defects with the home you have just purchased. Before the sale is final, we will provide you with our thorough and professional home inspection report to ensure that you are well informed about the home you are purchasing.

FOR THE HOME SELLER

Are you selling your home? Let APL Home Inspections perform an inspection before you even list it. A Move-In Certified Seller Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Show prospective buyers that you're dealing in good faith. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected now.

APL Home Inspections offers two Pre-Listing Inspection options:

  1. The Five-Point Pre-Listing Inspection targets major components of the house.  It includes exterior and foundation, roof, electric, plumbing and fuel systems, and HVAC.  This is our most popular pre-listing inspection and informs the seller of potential significant issues.  The fee for this inspection is $200.00.

  2. The Full Home Inspection:  The fee for this inspection is $340.  It includes all components of the house as described at the beginning of this page.
