HOME INSPECTION

 An expert will evaluate the overall condition of the building. It is based on visual observation of the building's condition on the day of the inspection. The inspection includes the home's interior and exterior from the roof to the foundation and the exterior drainage and retaining walls.

WOOD-DESTROYING INSECTS(WDI)

Wood-destroying organisms and insects such as termites should be a concern in any house with a wooden structure or components. Failure to properly identify and deal with the presence of WDI and WDO can lead to damage to the structure and other wooden components of the house and create the need for expensive repairs.

RADON TESTING

Radon is a cancer-causing, radioactive gas. It is undetectable to the human senses (sight, taste, or smell). According to the US EPA, radon is estimated to cause thousands of lung cancer deaths each year. In Nebraska, 1 out of every 2 radon tests is elevated (above 4.0 pCi/L).

Radon is found all over Nebraska; it can get into all types of buildings, regardless of the age of the building. It is important for you to test your home for radon.
